Oh, nostalgia

Once, when I was 17 I went to France. We went to Le Pont De Gare, the oldest Roman aquaducts in France. A river runs beneath the aquaducts. We were all sitting on the left bank, eating lunch. Then a few of us swam across, and climbed the cliff on the other side. Everybody was scared to go last, so I said I would. Finally, I was left alone atop a cliff over a river in southern France. Then, as if my magic, there were hundreds upon hundreds of people on the aquaduct, looking at me. I was scared (beyond scared, actually trying to see if there was any way to backwards crawl back down the cliff) to jump, so they started to chant, "Allez! Allez" which sounded like, "Ali! Ali!" FInally, I jumped, and the cheering I heard when I cane back through the water can only be compared to scoring the winning touchdown at the Superbowl when your down by 3 with 7 seconds left on the clock. That may be an exaggeration, but it's my world.

peace, love, and ponies.

"No guys, it's totally cool. I'll go last, I'm not scared. I'll be fine. Seriously, don't worry about me! I can do this."
