So, my adorable little grandma and I were cooking dinner together last night, and talking about all of the food we had eaten during the holidays. I mentioned that I had polished off the last of the grandma cookies (a family tradition) and that I couldn't wait until next Christmas for some more. She said, "Yes, but someday soon we won't be able to make them anymore because the government is going to ban Crisco."
Haha. How cute.
In other news, last night my parents infomred me that I have to choose between Loyola and camp. I lost my temper and told them to fuck off, then rushed out of the house to see my grandma. She volunteered to co-sign a loan so I can pay for school without my parents' help. I just wanted her to hug me, and she offered to sign off on thousands of dollars.
I hope I can be that great one day.
peace, love, and ponies.
“You have four years to be irresponsible here. Relax. Work is for people with jobs. You'll never remember class time, but you'll remember time you wasted hanging out with your friends. So, stay out late. Go out on a Tuesday with your friends when you have a paper due Wednesday. Spend money you don't have. Drink 'til sunrise. The work never ends, but college does..."”
